Online Fitness Training
THTS online provides clients with effective and efficient online workouts. Whether you are able to put yourself through a full 45 minute strength workout or a 20 minute metabolic program, there is a complete archive for you to choose from.
Using the "Four Level Training System" developed by Josh Dickey, owner of Sculpt Fitness there are professionally programmed workouts for beginner level 1 clients all the way up to advanced workouts for level 4 clients.
Exercise library: Train Hard Train Smart Online allows members complete access to the workout library. Our library will provide a breakdown of the movements for every exercise and every tool that our clients will use to help them learn and practice throughout their programs. Using videos online allows us to explain each exercise for your better understanding.
Workout Library: Each Level will have its own workout library and each week there will be a new workouts posted for every fitness level. These workouts are able to be printed out for clients to do at home, outside or in any gym.
