Welcome to Train Hard Train Smart Online !
Let us take you through a guided tour of the contents and use of our innovative and unique fitness and wellness site.
- On our "Home" page you will find a tab along the top menu titled "About Train Hard Train Smart Online". The will take you through an outline of the services that THTSO.com offers to our members including, Introduction, Fitness Coaching, Online Fitness Training and Nutrition Coaching.
Let us help you sign up !
- Along the left side of any of the THTSO pages you will find a "Join Now" button. This will let you become a Train Hard Train Smart Online member at any point in your journey throughout our site
- The "Join Now" button will guide you to our Registration page which will require the following
1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Email Address ( we do not sell email addresses for spam !)
4. Contact Phone number
- Once the "submit" button is hit you will be taken to our online payment page where you will choose your package and method of payment.
- A confirmation email will be sent to your contact email shortly after you have signed up for the site as well as a receipt

Lets get you going to get you one step closer to getting into the best shape of your life.
1. Choosing your fitness level
- Depending on your training past, most members will start out on level 1. This will help you get started correctly and take the proper steps to increase your fitness level as you go.
- If you have been training consistantly on your own or with a trainer, you may find yourself in a level 2 or maybe level 3 position
2. Finding your workouts
- Your weekly workout programs will be found in the Members section in the "Training Room" tab
- In the "Training Room" you will find our WOW(workouts of the week)
- Find your desired fitness level and depending on the equipment you have available to you for your workout, you will choose the style of workout yo will be doing for the week.
- Example: Level 1 workout program- Body Weight Workout (click to see template and workout sample).
- Every THTSO.com workout is downloadable and able to be printed out to take to your desired workout area(Home gym, work, local gym, vacation)

Performing the movements in our workout is the key to getting the results you want and stayin safe and injury free throughout the programs.
1. Finding your fitness level instructional videos
- In the Members section you will the "Exercise Instruction" room: Here you will find all of our exercises in video form to help you learn each movements in your workout programs
- Match your fitness level to the desired video section and there you will find every exercise, using every type of equipment listed.

Lets fuel that body with our Nutrition Coaching
Train Hard Train Smart Online has our members keep a food journal for our nutrition professionals to track their meals and progress.
1. Finding your food journal
- In the Members section you will find the "Nutrition Coaching" section
- There you will find your downloadable food journal as well as your "clean food" list to help assist you in the preparation for your meals each day.
Lets Set your Goals
Goal Setting and Motivation is one of the most important steps in creating your fitness and wellness program. Train Hard Train Smart Online provides you with the tools to help.
1. Finding your goal setting sheets
- in the Members section you will find the "Goal Setting" tab which contains two downloads
- Finish Line Goal setting sheet
- Check Point Goal setting sheet
- Each sheet is downloadable and able to be filled out and keep visible during your entire journey for change
